Please - No more "Vote for Vote" Posts!

To whom it may concern which is practically everyone on steemit,

I am writing this post because I not only care for my social media communities, but that I am also pro quality content.

Steam discourages poor quality posts/comments through the vote system but It just occurred to me how many people still do it, so I think I am going to take a new approach to the 'vote for me' posts with a kind hearted flagging.

Maybe I'm a cranky old man at the ripe old age of 30 or someone who is set in his ways from an early age. But I know there will be a fair few people out there who will agree with me.

If you feel like to vote for this or Re-steem please do, but I think the best act of change is action!
