TORTURE

Hello steemians friends, maybe there is no greater evil than torture. If the torment is intense and it lasts for many days, it is the worst thing that can happen to a human. If there is happiness, torture would be absolute unhappiness. Torture is one of the greatest failures of humanity, and it is regrettable that democratic states authorize physical and psychological pressure practices on terrorist suspects.

An action is good if the intention is good, although the intention is in accordance with a moral law that does not take into consideration the consequences of the action, it is questionable, since the torment and death inflicted on the guilty could be morally legitimized, but also innocents. These statements offer moral justification to all kinds of excesses when you want to save the executor of an evil.

Evil is not just deprivation of good. Evil exists and has a way of being and acting that is its own. It consists in considering the person as a superfluous being and thinking that everything goes to achieve their own ends. Unfortunately, evil seduces us more than good, but, while that leads to despair, it fills our hearts with hope. Evil never has as much density as good. The two notions seem the same and reciprocal, but evil depends on good more than the good of evil. In the long run, good always overcomes evil. The Manichaeans usually tend to consider the good as their own, and instead project evil on those whom they see as alien to their group. Hatred is an evil that tends to be actively manifested, and when man acts driven by hatred, he is capable of committing the greatest atrocities.

Unfortunately our country has become very common torture as a means to pursue and punish political divergence, who adverse to the government who thinks differently will be imprisoned and tortured physically and psychologically, deprived of liberty, without fair trial, without allowing lawyers to advise and without family visits. They are isolated from society only because they are critical of government policies that are erroneous in themselves and that have led to an economic and social crisis never seen in the country.
