My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2026

Hello friends!
This is my post for today Friday 28 August 2026.
This Friday was a beautiful day after a Thursday with red signal rain 🌧️ which made suspended activities at school and only some activities are online.
Then, today the clouds were looking great as shining clouds.
Even I saw a nice flower with a very energetic color.

I did my running for some 16 minutes. It gives me more than 18K steps for all day (only for my running were 3K steps).
I think the key is to do early my running, otherwise at 11 pm the only I want is to sleep.
