I eat anarchy for breakfast

Just because a lot of people out there are out of shape doesn't mean you also have to be unhealthy. It's the same way with anarchism. Yes, it would be great to live in a very healthy society but in a lot of ways we don't. Still, that's no excuse not to treat yourself and others right by choosing a more well balanced diet.
