Tuning In to My Higher Self - My Vulnerability is My Strength

It's interesting how taking a walk in nature
and thinking about situations I feel uncomfortable about
causes me to see through my conditioned behavior

I get clear and suddenly feel as if
the cloudy lens I've been looking through
became lucid and the details distinct

I experience a knowing that only comes
with a quiet patience and communion with my higher self

I've become aware that I was previously
operating as if I was a robot
dancing an old familiar and uncomforatable dance

My awareness makes me realize that this experience
is what growth feels like
It's uncomfortable and yet necessary for change
