Is steem better then bitcoin?

Every cryptocurrency have it bad side and good side. Let start with very basic that why i personally prefer steem over bitcoin is that steem have no transaction fee like bitcoin. Steem replace the fee mechanism with the notion of bandwidth. Steem give user equal bandwidth which they use to vote and comment on their forum.

Other interseting fact that make steem more favrable then bitcoin is that steem doesn't use require any expensive hardwares like bitcoin for mining. You can siming earn it by creating usefull content and vote on the posts.

So why bitcoin so papular among the cryptocurrency is becuse that it largly use in black market (Dark web). Due to it untraceble recored bitcoin commly use in black market to make transcetion for illegle activities.

Steem is fast. Bitcoin take about 10 minutes to make a transaction where steem do it in matter of seconds. so here in the department of speed steem have it.

My aim was to create a very basic explanation for those who are not technically minded or familiar with cryptocurrencies and I hope I have succeeded.
