Meat Noodles Aceh
Mi yam or chicken noodle is Indonesian cuisine made from boiled yellow noodle and then sprinkled with special soy sauce sauce along with chicken and vegetable meat.
Chicken noodles are sometimes added with meatballs, dumplings and mushrooms.
Mieberasal from China but similar chicken noodles in Indonesia are not found in China. The original chicken noodles from Southern China mainly from the port areas such as Fujian and Guandong.
