Introduce Yourself
Hey Steemit! I'm Amber , this is Day 1 of using Steamit.
How I got here: I first heard about Bitcoin around 2013 from some fellow Libertarian friends. Bitcoin sounded interesting but too complex for me to get into. I finally purchased .08 of Bitcoin in late 2016 when the price was in the 700's. I had heard that it wasn't safe to leave on the exchange but I couldn't figure out how to get it off and never got back around to learning about it. December 2017 my husband heard on the radio that Bitcoin had reached $10,000. I started frantically trying to remember the name of the exchange and my password. I couldn't remember how much Bitcoin I had purchased so it was an exciting treasure hunt! I didn't have much Bitcoin but it was enough to get me hooked. CoinmarketCap is now a daily obsession and I watch many Crypto Youtubers, Altcoinbuzz is my favorite.
Interests/Hobbies: Immortality, Health, Self Improvement, Competitive Shooting, Makeup, & Crypto.
Why I'm Here: I'm here mostly to read information posted by others but I will create my own content occasionally when I get the urge.

It is awesome, but there is still the feeling of WHY did I not buy more. At least we can still be early to many of the Altcoins.
