Can i pos my facebook/twitter posts here on steemit?

Just like everyone, i also use social media and share/post posts there i was wondering if can i post there too?
Answer is yes. But most of the time, i share my posts which means that post is work of someone and is copyright content. And Steem don't allow it. But what if i give source of that post? Like leave FB Post link?
