Vanilla Sponge

3 eggs
2/3 cup Maida
1tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence few drops
Icing sugar I used half cup...u can add upto ur taste...
Method
Beat egg whites upto fluffy then add icing sugar and essence and beat then add yolks then sieve dry ingredients and add into liquid material and mix with spatula or hand.... and bake at 180c for 25 to 30 mints....
