Skeptics about Steem
Some people on Facebook are saying this site is basically crap, below is a copy and paste i took from a firend who posted Steem to tell his friends and someone commented . I'm new to Steem don't know my way around yet but am giving it a go.
Any good comebacks from people with Steem knowledge can lend? My response to him was for him to prove it and where is his source from. Any help I'd greatly appreciate . Thanks, xx

No good .. it's a ponzie.. they give you steam . Then you have to hold it for like two years and they draw a percent down every month ..the ideas behind it are cool but the payment side is bs.

If you are posting here, and getting steem dollars and steem power, then it can't be a ponzi for you because you are not putting anything in, just receiving rewards for your work. You can convert any steem dollars you receive into local currency right away, but steem power can only be drawn out once a week over a 2 year period.
It takes a few weeks to learn about steemit, but there is a lot of information on here. Read a lot of articles, up vote on a few you like and leave a comment. Use the system and see how it goes for you. Best wishes!
This is really hard to follow. I'd work on your editing and formatting to make it clearer. You could also have taken a screenshot of the conversation and then posted it here with the names obscured.
