天天食好西 - 牛油果三文魚生飯 Avocado salmon rice
Avocado Salmon Rice - A very good combination. Avocado was smooth and soft. Salmon was in medium rare. Roe on the top was a delight.
牛油果三文魚生飯 - 三文魚較多寄生蟲，被傳統日本視為下欄貨，所以我也很少點三文魚菜式。不過這個組合卻令人驚喜：三文魚生半熟鮮軟，配合牛油果的清香，令整個飯入口不膩，再加少許三文魚子，實在是畫龍點睛。
