天天食好西 - 五平餅 GoheiMochi rice cake
GoheiMochi rice cake - Famous gourmet in Chubu District of Japan. Made of grilled rice with miso sauce, the cake has a mix taste of sweet and salty, sticky and crunchy. Not my cup of tea but still a good try for all travelers. (Photo at Takayama Hida, Gifu prefecture)
味噌五平餅 - 日本飛驒地方名物，將粳米壓成扁圓狀，再插上竹籤，放上炭爐上燒烤，再塗上味噌醬汁，鹹鹹甜甜的，亦非常飽肚，個人不太喜歡那種黏口感，但到此一遊，值得一試。(攝於高山飛驒)
