Running is one of the easy sports that anyone can do. You can do it anytime without having to join a sports club or buy sports equipment for running; you can do it by spending your time or visiting someone Without the use of a vehicle, or to devote a certain time to them, and jogging is the term used for running sport, which is common to most people in our society
