Comics

Since the human being is a child has had something to distract before were the comics that came in the newspapers, then it evolved to get to the comics magazines but where does the word comics come from? For the English word comic comes from the Greek κωμικός komikos relative to comedi, through the Latin comicus. The same word that gave us comic in Spanish and comique in French. The word comedy also cocomedyfrom the same root, κωμός komos parade. Now we do not only see comics in magazines but in movies, series.
