UROS ISLAND - PERU

Hey guys, this is an illustration I made inspired in the architecture from the Uros islands over the titicaca lake in Peru.
Let me tell you a few things about the Uros, They build the islands on their own using layers after layers of totora reeds, they also build their houses and boats out of totora reeds. They call themselves "The guardians of the titicaca lake" or "Sons of the sun" .
The Uro Islands is one of my favorite places in Peru and I hope you get the chance to visit this place too.
