束河不太大，就是一个商业街类似，从街的一头到另一头走走停停不用半个小时时间，最好的方式坐在这里，听着这里人潮拥挤的身影，伴随着民谣吉他的味道，吃着喝着自己喜欢的东西。

束河古镇是丽江市三大古镇之一，其它两个是大研古城和白沙古镇。相比大研古城来讲，束河古镇更加清静悠闲；相比白沙古镇来讲，束河古镇又更加多了些生活气息。束河古镇既有江南小镇的婉约秀美气质，又有西南高原上独特的民族特质和气息，是云南诸多旅游景点中很特别的一个。
