Sambal Pedas

My little fam's main course today:
✅ eegplant
✅ cucumber
✅ salted fish
✅ fried fish

With rough spicy sauce. How make it just follow this step bellow:

Fried red chili, green chili, cayenne, red onion, garlic, tomato, and terasi at the same time into hot vegetable oil. Fried until all seasoning look whitered. Last, milled them by mortar and pestle. Add some sugar, salt, and lime juice. Correct the taste and served it with Bismillah 😁
