🔊 Mirror On The Wall (Hardtrance / Hypertechno)
Hello dear friends,
A few days ago, I released a new single in collaboration with DJ Frankforce One. It’s another faster-paced track—so not uplifting trance. The release is titled Andy Jay Powell, Calderone Inc. & Frankforce One - “Mirror On The Wall”. I’m also the one behind the pseudonym Calderone Inc. I’ve been using it since 1997 for Hands Up, Hardtrance, and now also Hypertechno tracks.
Back in the ’90s, we probably would have just called an energetic, upbeat track like “Mirror On The Wall” (at 155 BPM) “hard trance” or “rave music.” Today, people tend to call similar tracks “hypertechno.” In a way, a lot of what we used to know from the dance scene is making a comeback under a new name. For example, “Goa trance” has been called “psy trance” for some time now._

Fortunately, the track “Mirror On The Wall” is also featured on the latest issue, No. 46, of the Technobase FM CD series. It can be found on the CD under the name Calderone Inc. and Frankforce. There’s another track I contributed to on the CD. Specifically, Track 5 on CD2 is the Hands Up version of Andy Jay Powell & Clubbticket’s “Run Baby Run.” This track will be officially released as a single this coming Friday, just like “Mirror On The Wall,” on Hands Up Freaks Records._

vor einigen Tagen habe ich in Zusammenarbeit mit DJ Frankforce One eine neue Single veröffentlicht. Dabei handelt es sich wieder einem um einen schnelleren Track, also keinen Uplifting Trance. Das Release heißt Andy Jay Powell, Calderone Inc. & Frankforce One - "Mirror On The Wall". Hinter dem Pseudonym Calderone Inc. stecke auch ich. Es ist seit 1997 mein Pseudonym für Hands Up, Hardtrance und nun auch Hypertechno Tracks.
In den 90ern hätten wir zu einem energetischen und fröhlichen Titel wie "Mirror On The Wall" auf 155 Bpm wohl Hardtrance oder Rave Mucke gesagt. Heute nennt man ähnliche Titel wohl gerne Hypertechno. Irgendwie kommt vieles von dem, was wir im Dance Bereich von früher kennen, unter neuem Logo wieder. So heißt jetzt Goa Trance seit einiger Zeit Psy Trance.

Der Track " Mirror On The Wall" ist erfreulicherweise auch auf der aktuellen Ausgabe Nummer 46 der Technobase FM CD Reihe vertreten. Dort ist sie als Calderone Inc. und Frankforce auf CD zu finden. Es gibt noch einen weiteren Track mit meiner Beteiligung auf der CD. Und zwar Track 5 auf CD2 ist die Hands Up Version von Andy Jay Powell & Clubbticket - "Run Baby Run". Also Single Release kommt dieser Track offiziell am kommenden Freitag ebenfalls wie Mirror On The Wall auf Hands Up Freaks Records.
Das ist mein heutiger Beitrag für das #danceweekend von @uwelang, das ich endlich mal wieder rechtzeitig zum Wochenende erwische. Nun, du hast ja mal geschrieben, daß an Deinem jetztigen Wohnort lautes Musikhören zu später Stunde nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Du hättest also sofort Gas geben können. ;-)
Aber nein, man muß ja nicht auch das annehmen, was man selber nicht so prickelnd findet.

Oja sry, das Naheliegende habe ich doch einfach ausgeblendet. War voll auf das Karaokethema gerichtet, von dem Du mal berichtet hast. Kannst mal sehen, wie mich Deine Postings hier prägen. ;-)
