Loming batangas
Loming batangas is not just in batangas but it can also be in San Mateo Rizal.😀
It is a pancit dish originated in Lipa, Batangas back in 1968, and was invented by restauranteur To Kim Eng. this pancit dish is such a significant part of the Batangueño’s life that they celebrate a Lomi Festival every June, but we made it here right now hehehe. But of course we have our twist to make it different from the original one.🙂🙂
