A Face Stretch

Good morning friends, am here this morning to post a free hand stretch of a man's face and I know that am not too perfect in drawings but am still learning on how to come by a nice art work..
This is the image I created

I had to make a stretch of the image am about to draw on my paperwork

I know its a bit hard to drag the rel image of what you are drawing into the paperwork but I have to try still I got this second stretch

The facial organs are seen on the drawing and I maintain a tinier line to ascertain my aim

Finally I narrowly got my aim and my challenge is in the shading but I assure myself that I will get use to it gradually in due course

Please guys, comment on my art work and I will improve on it cause I enjoy drawing but only one problem I have which is the finishing..
