It's time to harvest the apples 🍎
Hello gardeners in HIVE!
Today I had a great time in the garden ! The time to collect the apples has come!
Here , in North-East of Bulgaria , the cold wind started .That means - the first frost will come soon.
Thats why we should collect all the frost intolerant fruits and vegetables as soon as possible 😉
In the garden there are 5 apples trees - different varieties. I separate them in different boxes, because otherwise they will get ripened in different time and will make the others get bad too.
With my friends, we decided to keep them in boxes in cold dry place . Between every row of apples in the box we'll put some paper to keep the air circulation and low moisture.
Actually this is very good way to save fresh apples till Christmas;)
People say that one apples a day keeps you away from the doctors.
I think it's true.

I love apples 🍎 so much. The fact that we don't grow it well doesn't make it a rear but sometimes we do grow it far north. I will love to plant and grow it soon in my own farm too.
Yes , man! Try to grow them :) One idea from me - plant a little apple 🍎 tree in autumn , but quite near a bigger tree (3m is good).Like this the big tree will make a shed to the apple and keep it protected from the hot summer sun ☀️ Give water every 2 weeks the first and second year, and your apple tree will be happy. I never use any chemicals for my trees. Nature will give them a good care :) Be happy and good luck 👍 with your garden! Peace and love ❤

The best way to consume the apples 🍎 are to eat them raw . They are full with vitamins and fibers:)
But to conserve them for the winter .. vinegar and jam is good idea:) thank you, my friend :)
