Excellent video. I know the difference that a gymnastic does in relation to the practice of physical activity, as to how to prevent injuries from happening. I am not a cyclist, but I practice walking / running and I think having a good sneaker is very important for the health of our spine, legs, knee, etc ... in the medium and long term.
