Mostrando Las Marinas

Hola Hivers, hoy les vengo a mostrar un poco de lo que es el conjunto residencial “Las Marinas” ubicado en lechería, estuve la tarde acompañando a mi hija que estaba junto a una amiga en la piscina, disfrutando del sol y de unas cervecitas frías junto a mi hermano.

La residencia es espectacular. Las áreas verdes bien podadas y cuidadas, todo limpio. La piscina no tenía el pH alto, el agua estaba caliente y a pesar de que no entré en ella. Disfruté desde el caney la maravillosa tarde que estaba pasando.

En el conjunto residencial se encuentra “marina Golf” y las “marinas” que es donde yo estaba. Tiene un acceso directo hacia el canal de lechería , se podían visualizar otras residencias. Entre ellas “Morro Humboldt” y “Thai”

Las dos piscinas son diferentes, tienen distintos diseños. Al igual que los departamentos, pues hay algunos que cuentan con muelle y otros no. En la que nosotros estábamos las tumbonas se encontraban intactas, el piso limpio y todo muy bien cuidado.

La residencia cuenta con cancha que tiene dos arquerías pequeñas. Unas camineras donde puedes pasear sus perros ya que también cuenta con sus áreas verdes y un amplio estacionamiento.

Hello Hivers, today I want to show you a bit of what the residential complex "Las Marinas" in Lechería is like. I spent the afternoon there, accompanying my daughter, who was with a friend at the pool, enjoying the sun and some cold beers with my brother.

The residence is spectacular. The well-trimmed and well-kept green areas, everything is clean. The pool had the right pH level, the water was warm, and even though I didn't get into it, I enjoyed the wonderful afternoon from the gazebo.

In the residential complex, you will find "Marina Golf" and "Las Marinas," which is where I was. It has direct access to the Lechería canal, and you could see other residences, including "Morro Humboldt" and "Thai."

The two pools are different, with distinct designs. Likewise, the apartments vary, as some have docks and others do not. In the one we were in, the lounge chairs were in perfect condition, the floor was clean, and everything was well-maintained.

The residence also has a court with two small goalposts, walking paths where you can take your dogs for a stroll since it also has green areas, and ample parking.
