In many occasions we forget to live in the present, whether it's in our thoughts of the past or future, there are things we simply can not forget or we will enclose ourselves in memories. All of this doesn’t allow us to live or enjoy the present.
Have you occasionally felt like you are living in the past and you can’t live or enjoy the present due to the circumstances mentioned?
