Wine
Most people that know me … know I’m a wine drinker …. Preferably red wine …. I had a few friends stop by unannounced tonight… and of course … the brought over a few bottles of wine …. Not to mention … I have a large selection at home already …. Probably today’s favorite was …..Silver Oak … 2011 Napa Valley Cabernet …. Really was delicious… nicely paired with a grilled my strip or ribeye steak …. Or any steak for that matter

I have yet to try Silver Oak. I just learned that there one of the few American wineries that use American Oak for their Cabs. I actually just started a new community on Hive for Wine lovers, Cheers!
