many things id like to ask about steemit

hi before, its my 2nd post here at steemit, currently im still learning what to write and how to create a worthy content to submit. but before all of that id really still dont get about many things here, id be grateful if someone could answer some of my questions here.
first thing id like to ask is, is there any tutorial or explanation about the stats and how things work here. like what is curation/author rewards and how to earn them and how is it calculated. what is voting power, steem power and how is it calculated. and many more. to be straight, is there any link for those questions, and most importantly what s the rule here, i mean to be considered a spam post or maybe a copied content and is there a possibilities of a banning of an account here?
there is one thing more, is there a feature for a notification of new post, replies, etc? is it possible if steemit has something like android applicaton or maybe a browser extension which has a notification ability of things here.
