How can I forget you, my love
if you stayed in my chest,
I'm still trying to turn the page,
but your memory is awake.
That time when we said goodbye,
your tears broke the silence,
I can't erase from my mind
the sight of your eyes crying,
so fragile, so sincere.
In spite of everything, I told you how I felt,
I opened my heart with illusion,
but once again you went away,
leaving a deep emptiness,
taking my love with you forever.
How can I forget you when every trait of yours
is engraved in my being?
