The Best Chrismas Drink ¡¡

This is "The White Christmas Mojito"

2 cup lime juice

1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves

1 cup of canned coconut milk

soda

pomegranate seeds to decorate

1/4 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of white rum

1/2 cup of coconut rum

In a large jar, mix the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves until the leaves have decomposed.

In a blender, combine white rum, coconut rum and coconut milk and pulse until smooth. Pour the mixture of mint and lime sugar and stir to combine. Cool until ready to serve.

To serve, divide the ice between the glasses and fill it halfway with the mojito mixture. Cover with sparkling water, mint and pomegranate.
