Bitcoin 0.16.1 was released yesterday. What changes?

Bitcoin Core version 0.16.1 was just released yesterday and is already available for download, here I will try to summarize the main and most important changes and updates:

• An attack vector for DDoSing recently started nodes was mitigated. Nodes that had been connected to the network for more than a few hours weren't vulnerable to this attack vector.

• A bug was fixed were miners could loose profit if they mined two blocks one after another in very rapid succession.

• Several transaction standardization rules were applied.

• Limited the number of IP addresses that are learned from each DNS seed.

• Small optimizations to the functioning of node wallets.

• Fixed builds using Qt and added support for building to armv71
