Fried banana is a snack commonly found in coffee stalls. This food is made from bananas, after the peel of the skin is cut into pieces as desired then in lumuri with a thick dough made from a mixture of flour, eggs, a little salt and sugar and then fried in cooking oil.

Fried bananas are often found sold in stalls or coffee stalls as a complementary food tea or coffee. Currently fried banana is a very famous food in Indonesia especially in Aceh.
