Adobong Salmon belly

Good morning steemian!!!
It’s Holy Thursday today, And I have again this yummy, mouth watery foood that I will share with you ,, I call this as adobong salmon,

Here in Philippines is Adobo is very popular dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and black peppercorns, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade, and the version that I have right now is salmon and it very delicious,
