Cucumber Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

one (8 ounce) package spreadable cream cheese
quarter cup sour cream
one (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
one (1 pound) loaf sliced pumpernickel party bread
two cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian salad dressing mix in a bowl till well blended.

Spread cream one to two cucumber slices.
