Circle Joins Industry Body for Developing Global Crypto Standards
Circle has joined industry body Global Digital Finance as a founding member to develop global rules and best practices for crypto firms.
They used to offer fiat to crypto services, so maybe soon they may go back into it? It certainly would make sense for them wanting to influence the rules (in their favour)

This is going to be a part of the development. Although I have a feeling there will be many who opt not to adhere to them.
That is not so easy to set rules globally, there will always be black sheeps.
