Presentación a la comunidad
Me gustaría empezar con este primer post, para presentarme ante la comunidad. Comienzo con este proyecto, con mucha ilusión. Será un blog, en español, donde escribiré posts que tendrán como puntos principales los siguientes temas:
- Vida sana
- Mindfullness
- Alimentación saludable
- Yoga
Vivo en España, en el interior, en una comunidad llamada Castilla y León que invito a todos a conocer. Tenemos montaña, una excelente gastronomía y unos vinos excelentes.
Mens sana in corpore sano.
Me encantan todos estos temas por ello voy a escribir sobre estos temas y otros relacionados. Espero que los posts sean de agrado para la comunidad y entre todos podamos aprender, compartir y llevar una vida sana.
