I personally feel that Exchanges are really making a robbery in terms of transaction fees as now BTC tx fees is hardly 0.1 to 0.2 usd where as exchanges are charging 10 usd roughly and if the bTC price becomes 20000 usd again then this fee is 20 usd as they are charging 0.001 btc.
One thing which noticeable as the recent development in BTC is that the transaction is not only cheaper but also faster, which is really a very very great development.
