Making a lot of RUSSIAN PANCAKES

I suddenly got hungry for something Russian...OFCOURSE! PANCAKES!
So I used up ALL my flour and ALL my cottage cheese and ALL my sugar. (Syrniki or Russian pancakes are made with cottage cheese).
They came out delicious and sweet, probably horrible for health. Pffft who cares, they are pancakes.
