On the basis of which the proposal was sent for the appointment of 2,000 lecturers in the public administration. It will be sent to PSC soon.

He said that every year the appointment of teachers in government colleges through general BCS examination is being made. According to the recommendation of the education cadre from the 36th BCS, the gazetted 937 teachers will join different colleges of the country on September 3. PSC needs to be recruited from 37th BCS to 224 and 38th BCS to 992 teachers.

Professor Mohammad Shamsul Huda, Director (College and Administration) of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) said, it is not possible to resolve the teacher crisis in the lecturer post in many government colleges in the country for a long time. For this reason, decision has been taken to organize special BCS examinations in Education Cadre.
