Service to humanity

Being a police officer that does not mean arresting criminal or prosecuting criminal for the benefit of the Government.
We have in the Mauritius Police Force organisation a unut called Community Policing Officer.
The CPO are the front liners and interact directly with the public for a smooth communication between them and police and vice versa.

It happened that last Wedensday on 15th of August 2018 I was shooted for helping an old lady who was going for a prayer sessions on the occasion of Assomption Day at the church of Notre Dame de L'Assomption of Roche Bois.
