Busy, Steemit, Utopian and GitHub

I am continuously going through this blockchain and on daily basis, it is surprising me with new things. But I can't understand the complications and confusions about this network.

It is just time wasting activity if you can't find learning and guiding information about this network. I can't understand the logic of this scattered information on different websites instead of making detailed and comprehensive information.

After working 16 days, with making almost 100 posts and more than 600 followings and 190+ followers, I am still at the position of day one where I am searching that what am I doing and What should I do to get benefit from this deaf and speachless network?
Is there anyone who can explain about my confusions?
