Greetings guys , so this morning, iwas teaching my tai chi class and my friend Matt has a seizure . By the time i get to him to see if he is okay, he is on the verge of swallowing his tounge . So i did as i was taught and stuck a spoon in his mouth and held it until it was over . He wont stop thanking me ! Pictures soon!
