Making chocolate brownies.
From what:
100 g carob,
200 g flour from pumpkin seeds,
200 g of a paste of flax seeds,
300 gr Royal dates,
150 g of peeled macadamia nuts,
2 ripe bananas,
Date syrup.
As:
Beat bananas in a blender and mix with all ingredients until very thick and smooth. Put in the form and put in the refrigerator. That is all.
Before serving, pour the date syrup.
