A day at the marsh. Quebec, Canada.

This is a marsh not to far away from Quebec city named ''Marais Leon Provancher''. It's easy to stay there for a whole afternoon.

This is a lovely place to go, it's calm and there is rarely a lot of people. If you ever want to relax far from the city, this is a great place to start.

The most excited member of the group was, as always, my dog. She loves going for a walk. This is a public place so dogs need to be kept on leash but it doesn't bother her too much!

There is what looks like birds house installed in the lake. Talking about birds, there is a lot the see here. They are a bit more active early in the day, I heard plenty of them but I couldn't get a clear picture.

The vegetation is so pretty and varried.

There she is again as happy as ever!

You can walk all the way to the Saint Lawrence river. The tide was rising and the wind fairly strong.

A tree holding a dead tree in its arm, it look kinda human? Like someone holding another person in their arms.
