Sound Meditation
Yesterday, I had the unique opportunity to attend a sound bath meditation at a yoga studio near me! What an experience!!
It was incredible to feel such a connection with everyone in the room. If you can't go to a meditation class, hop on spotify or youtube or probably even dtube? and do some guided meditations.. If there are no guided meditations on dtube maybe I should do some huh!? haha At first, it might feel like hard work to sit still but as you get into it, your mind will calm down and you will feel SO GOOD. You will feel renewed, refreshed, and reborn. Mediation will change your life! I promise!
Do you guys have any recommendations for good guided meditations?
