WHAT IS SAMPLING?

Sampling is the process of selecting a subset of participants from a larger group
In simpler terms;
the larger group is referred to as the population and the subset is called the sample
At the highest level, there are two approaches to sampling.
These are;
-The probability sampling
-Non probability sampling
And within each of these, there are a variety of different methods which must be applied intricately to hit the specific type of goal a researcher wants to achieve in his stage of research and the intervention he would want to employ
