If a diabetic patient doesnโt do any kind of physical exertion it is very hard to maintain a satisfactory level of blood sugar of the patient.Because when you exercise your insulin receptor increases in number and become activated.Thats why glucose can bind to the receptor and can ultimately enter inside the cell lowering your blood sugar.
So thats very important to remember as a diabetic patient.
