(Please Help) Issue Powering Up Leo

Hey everyone!

Hope all is well. I'm posting something a bit different today in hopes to help anyone else having the same issue I'm having.

The video above will show you exactly what is going on, but to be brief - I am not able to power up my Leo. When I log into Leo Finance with hivesigner, it works no problem, but when I try to power up using my hivesigner I keep getting the same error. I tried using both the master password and active key with no luck with either. I wasn't sure where to go for help on this so hopefully one of you guys can help me out. I'm sure it's a small error on my part somewhere along the line but I thought I would post this so it can be a resource for anyone else also having the same issue in the future. Thanks for taking the time to help!
