Behavior Change Counseling and Changing people's psycology

Hi there.
Its my first post in this community.
My name is Ghulam Awais.
I am working in population welfare department.
I hope all people in the community find it interesting and ill also seek help from you in changing peoples behavior and psychology about Family planning, spacing of pregnency and healthy life style adoption.
Here we live in a country where people have 50 60% backward mentality.
And as a family planning counselor it is very difficult to make them understand tha bennfits of family planning.
Today i conducted a family planning session with married people.
I delivered a brief lacture about family planning and there methods.
