You upload you vid to a hosting site like youtube then use the link to post it in your thread.

Just copy and paste the link directly in your post when you're doing the "submit your post" part.
I seem people embed vides loaded youtube.

it's not mine but basically, I think you find the youtube share option to get the embed code and stick into your post in HTML.
