Mistakes!!!!

Good morning steemians, do you know that;
We all make mistakes. We miscalculate, misjudge and wrongly assume. We fail as parents from time to time, though we truly try. We fall short as employees, and, yes sometimes, as friends. And we watch, like blind score-keepers at a tennis match, listening for the "thud and whack", then trying to figure out what direction it came from and who was responsible. And, as life has shown repeatedly, we are often wrong. But the test of the soul is not necessarily in its purity but in its resilience. And if we can just realize we were not created to be perfect, to be admirable, to be exceptional. We were created to be imperfect, but to keep reaching for improvement, to be "common-place" but grooming ourselves to shine, and to be an example of pulling ourselves out of the mud, despite the snickers from the side-lines. You, yourself, know what is and is not "your best". And if you are giving it "your best", that's all you can possibly do.
